James Peevy, MS CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist with 3 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology. James was born and raised in East Texas and made his way to Austin, where he and Adrian met. James earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University, a second B.S. in Communication Disorders from Texas Women’s University. James worked as a speech therapy assistant in both the school and home health settings before earning his Master’s degree. James specializes in adult cognitive and dysphagia therapy, as well as child language and articulation disorders. As part of the husband and wife team, James evaluates and treats a variety of communication and swallowing disorders, including stroke, brain injury, dementia, dysphagia, and voice disorders.
